Encrypt file names, please

This encrypts files but not file names, so anyone can see what is being hidden. In a way, that's worse than no encryption at all because it highlights what you don't want someone to know.

Please add an option 'Do not compress the backup data.'

I annoyed with it because I selected 'No compression' option of "Compression Level" in the job, BUT data compressed when I backup it. **Sorry to my bad english.. English is not my native language.

have one job with multiple schedules, to be backed up more than once daily.

I would like to see multiple backups of the same job daily. Instead of duplicating the job, it would be better to see multiple schedules for one job.
